Stef Holden Serves!

Responsible Action For Escondido

Make business and tax policies that strengthen small business support and provide better jobs

Commit to robust community services including Police, Fire, Library, City parks and youth sports

Reduce the impact of homelessness by working with City, County, State and Private entities

A Commitment to transparency and integrity as your council member

I’m committed to solutions for the betterment of the community. As a former Escondido Mayor once observed, “potholes don’t have political affiliations.”

I know our city is a desirable place to live and work. I believe that being a leader for Escondido means clearly articulating these benefits to attract and retain stable businesses to our City.

City reserve accounts are currently and repeatedly being used to pay ongoing costs. This is not responsible financial stewardship and is a disservice to the residents of Escondido.
